This is a pic of a very young Chicago harness racing steward Bob Milburn. Anyone who raced at any of the Chicago tracks from the 60’s-90’s knows Robert Milburn. I’ve known Bob my whole life and don’t mind saying he was a true professional at his job, and a very fair guy. Although whenever you had to see Bob, it usually was NOT good news!
