Once the auction has ended, HORSEHAGGLE admin sends both, the buyer and seller contact information to complete the deal and make payment and shipping arrangements

Attention Sellers: All horse(s) MUST be in the sellers name at the start of the auction unless otherwise approved through HORSEHAGGLE. It is the responsibility and duty of the seller/listing agent to disclose any and all information regarding the horse they are listing. Failure to disclose any "known" issues at the time of listing will result in an immediate suspension and/or banishment of your account with HORSEHAGGLE and possible legal action taken. When the auction ends, the winning bidder and seller will receive an email explaining the final results along with both parties contact information. The seller and buyer may then go forward with their transaction, and both must agree on the method of payment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS OF AUCTIONS END, unless agreed upon between both parties. The buyer is responsible for shipping. Upon receiving payment, the seller is responsible for the ownership transfer fee to USTA, as well as provide ALL health papers (including crossing the border stamp).
